Roof Replacement Services In Marysville, WA and Snohomish County.

Sometimes, a new roof is too damaged for small repairs to be practical, whether it’s from major rot, storm damage, or simply because of the age of your roof. In many cases, replacing the entire roof makes more sense than continually having to do small, costly repairs that don't fix the core issue. Whether your roof is old and worn, you’re planning to install solar panels and want a fresh base, or your roof was damaged by a falling tree during a storm, we have you covered in your reroofing project.

Roofing upgrades we provide:

Ice & Water Shields: We install ice & water shields around critical areas such as in roof valleys, and along eaves, rakes, and overhangs. We like to include this as standard to all our roofing projects where it can be applied, the extra protection it provides is well worth the investment

Ridge Vents: If your attic needs more ventilation, we like to install ridge roof vents. They’re more efficient than traditional roof vents, less prone to leaks, and more aesthetically pleasing since they run cleanly along the ridge of the roof.

Don't know if you need a roof replacement? Here are some common signs you might need to start considering a reroof:

♦ Water Damage or Multiple Leaks

♦ Shingles Curling, Breaking or Cracking

♦ Missing Shingles or Flashing

♦ Sagging Roof

♦ Heavy Moss Growth

♦ Mold & Mildew In The Underdecking

♦ Asphalt Shingles Balding

♦ Trees On Your Roof (they really shouldn't be there)

Our Roofing Options.

We are CertainTeed Certified installers, so we typically use CertainTeed roofing products.

Asphalt Roofing Example

Asphalt Shingle Roofing

The most used residential roofing material in America, it's affordable and easy to install and has a decent lifespan (around 18 years in Snohomish County). A great option without breaking the bank, just make sure to keep the moss off.

Metal Roofing Example

Metal Roofing

Less common than composite shingle roofing, a lot pricier than composite shingles. But it more than makes up for in durability and lifespan, up to 50 years with the proper maintenance. It does very well in the Snohomish County, a great option if you can afford it.

Fat Roof Example

Low Slope Roofs

For flat and low-slope roofs, we offer both TPO and PVC options; both do well in the PNW weather. They’re low maintenance, fire resistant, and energy efficient, helping keep your building cooler in the summer. Both have a lifespan of around 20 years and up to 30 with proper maintenance. Both great and affordable options for your home or commercial building.

Our Reroofing Process.

1. Initial Phone Call.

We like to start with a quick phone call to learn more about your project and make sure it’s something we can help with. If it sounds like a good fit, we’ll schedule an on-site inspection and estimate to assess the work and give you our recommendations to help give a clearer path forward.

2. Roof Inspection & Estimate

During your inspection, we’ll get up on the roof to assess your roof’s condition and check key areas like chimneys, skylights, and vents. We also inspect your attic for leaks, rot, or framing issues. Once the inspection is complete, we’ll provide you with a fixed-price estimate and a breakdown of the scope of work.

3. Starting The Project

If you decide to move forward with us, we’ll order materials and schedule your project. If needed, we will help pull the necessary permits. On the start day, please clear access to the roof and move vehicles or valuables away from the area. For safety, we will ask that all people and pets stay indoors while we work.

4. Reroofing Process

Full reroofing projects usually take 2 to 3 days. The first day is comprised of tearing off the old roof and prepping for the new roof , doing any necessary repairs to the under decking or framing. On day 2 we have the material delivered on site and we start lay the roofing until the project is completed. Once the reroof is complete we make sure to not leave any roofing debris, material or nails around your property that may have fallen off during removal and install. And finally we will do a final walkthrough to ensure the job’s done right and you’re satisfied with our work.
