Extend the life of your roof and minimize potential damage by keeping it clear of debris, moss, and algae. After cleaning, we like to conduct thorough inspections to find any areas that may be damaged.
The most used residential roofing material in America, it's affordable and easy to install and has a decent lifespan (around 18 years in Snohomish County). A great option without breaking the bank, just make sure to keep the moss off.
Less common than composite shingle roofing, a lot pricier than composite shingles. But it more than makes up for in durability and lifespan, up to 50 years with the proper maintenance. It does very well in the Snohomish County, a great option if you can afford it.
For flat and low-slope roofs, we offer both TPO and PVC options; both do well in the PNW weather. They’re low maintenance, fire resistant, and energy efficient, helping keep your building cooler in the summer. Both have a lifespan of around 20 years and up to 30 with proper maintenance. Both great and affordable options for your home or commercial building.

We like to start with a quick phone call to learn more about your project and make sure it’s something we can help with. If it sounds like a good fit, we’ll schedule an on-site estimate to inspect and assess the work and give you our recommendations to help give a clearer path forward.
During your inspection, we’ll get up on the roof to assess your roof’s condition and check key areas like chimneys, skylights, and vents. We also inspect your attic for leaks, mold, rot, or framing issues. Once the inspection is complete, we’ll provide you with a fixed-price estimate and a breakdown of the scope of work.
If you decide to move forward with us, we’ll order materials and schedule your project. If needed, we will pull the necessary permits. On the start day, please clear access to the roof and move vehicles or valuables away from the area. For safety, we will ask that all people and pets stay indoors while we work. After the work is completed, we’ll do a final walkthrough to ensure the job’s done right and you’re satisfied with our work.

How long roofs last in Snohomish County depends on the material and maintenance done. Asphalt shingle roofs (the most common roofing material) typically last between 16 and 24 years and upwards of +30 years with higher-grade materials and proper maintenance. Metal roofs can last between 35 and 70 years, depending on the metal.
Most insurance policies cover roof damage caused by unexpected events like fire, fallen trees, wind, or hail. However, damage from normal wear and tear, poor maintenance, or an aging roof (especially if it’s over 20 years old) is typically not covered. However, be sure to check the coverage policies of your insurance company.
Reroofing projects typically take 1 to 3 days, depending on the size of the roof, the materials used, and its current condition. If there is extensive rot or structural damage, the time can increase to allow for proper replacement of roof decking or framing.
Given the unpredictability of Snohomish County weather, we keep a careful eye on the forecast and will reschedule the project if needed. If rain starts unexpectedly, we have protective measures in place to keep your house safe and dry.
Both metal and asphalt shingle roofing have pros and cons. Asphalt shingles are cheaper, easier to install and repair, and more readily available, making them the most popular roofing option in America. Metal roofing, while being more expensive, requires less maintenance and can have more than double the lifespan with proper care. Both are great options for Snohomish County. If you are on a budget, we recommend going with asphalt shingles. If you can afford the investment, we would recommend metal roofing.
Roof installation or replacement costs can vary significantly, but based on the average roof size in Snohomish County, which is around 2,500 square feet, you can expect to pay around $15,000 to $18,000 using composite asphalt roofing. More pricey metal roofing would be in the $25,000 to $30,000 range. There are many factors that can increase costs, from steep roof pitches and complex roof designs to multi-story roofs, all requiring more material and labor. Or if your roof is getting replaced and there is structural damage or the underdecking needs replacing. Having numerous skylights or vents that need additional flashing and protection and the location of your project, especially if it affects material delivery.
