The most used residential roofing material in America, it's affordable and easy to install and has a decent lifespan (around 18 years in Snohomish County). A great option without breaking the bank, just make sure to keep the moss off.

Metal Roofing

Less common than composite shingle roofing, a lot pricier than composite shingles. But it more than makes up for in durability and lifespan, up to 50 years with the proper maintenance. It does very well in the Snohomish County, a great option if you can afford it.

Initial Phone Call.

We like to start with a quick phone call to learn more about your project and make sure it’s something we can help with. If it sounds like a good fit, we’ll schedule an on-site estimate to inspect and assess the work and give you our recommendations to help give a clearer path forward.

Roof Inspection & Estimate

During your inspection, we’ll get up on the roof to assess your roof’s condition and check key areas like chimneys, skylights, and vents. We also inspect your attic for leaks, mold, rot, or framing issues. Once the inspection is complete, we’ll provide you with a fixed-price estimate and a breakdown of the scope of work.

Starting The Project

If you decide to move forward with us, we’ll order materials and schedule your project. If needed, we will pull the necessary permits. On the start day, please clear access to the roof and move vehicles or valuables away from the area. For safety, we will ask that all people and pets stay indoors while we work. After the work is completed, we’ll do a final walkthrough to ensure the job’s done right and you’re satisfied with our work.
